9. Use of Google remarketing
10. Use of Google web fonts
External Google Fonts are incorporated into our websites to be sure of obtaining a graphically appealing presentation. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). These web fonts are incorporated via a server request, usually to a Google server in the USA. In doing so, information on which of our websites you have visited is transmitted to the server. The IP address of the visitor to these websites is additionally stored by Google. The fonts are stored in the cache of your browser, thus preventing multiple loading. This has a positive effect on the speed at which our websites are loaded.
11. Use of Bing Maps
12. Contact form
The data you have entered will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. To do this, you must provide a valid email address and your name. This is used to assign the request and then answer it. The specification of further data is optional. The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions.
If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR). The recipients of the data may be processors.
Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after processing the request. If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to HGB and delete your data after these periods.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, your email address and the reason for the request.
13. How long do we save your personal information?

If MP Technology GmbH processes your data on the basis of a balance of interests, you can object to the processing.
If you object, your data will no longer be processed, unless the responsible company can demonstrate compelling legitimate reasons for the processing, which outweigh your interests, rights and freedoms, or the processing serves to assert, exercise or defend legal claims.
15. Changes to our data protection regulations
We reserve the right to adapt this data protection declaration so that it always corresponds to the current legal requirements or to implement changes to our services in the data protection declaration, e.g. when introducing new services.
