We gather a certain amount of data to enable us to provide you with content appropriate to your needs. You can visit our websites without having to divulge any personal details. Only technical access data is stored in so-called server log files, including the name of the file requested, the date and time of the query, the volume of data transmitted and the provider making the inquiry, for example. This data is evaluated solely for the purpose of ensuring trouble-free operation of the site and to improve the content.

- From e-mail/phone correspondence
- From subscriptions to our Newsletter (is not currently available)

3. For what purposes does the data serve?
3.1 For the fulfillment of contractual obligations (Art. 6 Para. 1 Point b GDPR)

4. Passing-on of your data
Your data will only ever be used to the extent required. If necessary, your data may be passed on within the MP Technology GmbH. Insofar as external service providers are involved in the operation of this website (hosting providers), the external service providers will only be given access to your data to the extent necessary for them to be able to perform their tasks and functions.
Insofar as these service providers process your data outside the European Union, this may result in your data being transmitted to a country that does not apply the same privacy protection standards as the European Union. 5. Server log files
The websites of MP Technology are hosted on servers of the external service provider, STRATO AG.

The provider of the server from which these pages and/or parts thereof were called automatically captures and saves in its server log files information which your browser sends to us. These are:

- Referrer URL
- Host name of the accessing computer
- Time of the server request
- Anonymized client IP
The data will not be merged with any other sources.
The basis for data processing is Art. 6 para. 1 lit. b GDPR, which allows the processing of data to fulfill a contract or pre-contractual measures.
6. Security of your data
As a safeguard, your data will be transmitted in encrypted form (SSL / HTTPS), using the latest secure encryption techniques. We also employ technical and organizational means to secure our websites and other systems to prevent the loss, destruction, accessing, manipulation, and distribution of your data by unauthorized persons.
7. Why does this website use cookies?
On various pages we employ cookies to make our website attractive to visit and to permit the use of certain functions. These are small text files that are stored on your end device. Some of the cookies we use (so-called session cookies) are deleted again at the end of the browser session, in other words when you close your browser. 9. Use of Google remarketing
This website uses the Google Inc. remarketing function. The purpose of this function is to present visitors to the website with advertisements related to their interests within the scope of the Google advertising network. A so-called "cookie" is stored in the browser of the visitor to the website. This makes it possible to recognize the visitor on calling up websites belonging to the Google advertising network. On these websites, the visitor can be presented with advertisements relating to content previously called up by the visitor on websites that use the Google remarketing function. Google states that it does not capture any personal data during this action. 10. Use of Google web fonts
External Google Fonts are incorporated into our websites to be sure of obtaining a graphically appealing presentation. Google Fonts is a service provided by Google Inc. ("Google"). These web fonts are incorporated via a server request, usually to a Google server in the USA. In doing so, information on which of our websites you have visited is transmitted to the server. The IP address of the visitor to these websites is additionally stored by Google. The fonts are stored in the cache of your browser, thus preventing multiple loading. This has a positive effect on the speed at which our websites are loaded.

We use Bing Maps from Microsoft on our website to provide you with an interactive route planner. We can not influence which data Microsoft collects with BING Maps, not even how Microsoft processes and evaluates them. 12. Contact form
The data you have entered will be stored for the purpose of individual communication with you. To do this, you must provide a valid email address and your name. This is used to assign the request and then answer it. The specification of further data is optional. The data entered in the contact form is processed on the basis of a legitimate interest (Article 6 (1) (f) GDPR).
By providing the contact form, we would like to make it easy for you to contact us. The information you provide will be stored for the purpose of processing the request and for possible follow-up questions.
If you contact us to request an offer, the data entered in the contact form will be processed to carry out pre-contractual measures (Art. 6 Para. 1 b GDPR). The recipients of the data may be processors.
Data will be deleted no later than 6 months after processing the request. If there is a contractual relationship, we are subject to the statutory retention periods according to HGB and delete your data after these periods.
The provision of your personal data is voluntary. However, we can only process your request if you provide us with your name, your email address and the reason for the request.
13. How long do we save your personal information?
We delete your personal data, if the respective purpose of the storage is omitted and no legal requirement requires a storage. Statistical evaluations are made only in anonymous form.
14. Revocation and right of information
You have the right to MP Technology GmbH under the respective legal requirements:
- Information about your data stored by us and their processing (Art. 15 GDPR),
- Correction of incorrect personal data (Art. 16 GDPR),
- Deletion of your data stored by us (Art. 17 GDPR),
- Restriction of data processing, insofar as we are not yet allowed to delete your data due to legal obligations (Art. 18 GDPR),
- Objection to the processing of your data by us (Art. 21 GDPR),
- Data portability, provided you have consented to data processing or have concluded a contract with us (Art. 20 GDPR).
